1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Datta AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Datta AI is an AI-powered chat assistant that provides conversational AI, image generation, voice assistance, and web search capabilities. We offer both free and paid subscription plans.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Datta AI
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• One person may not maintain more than one free account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Datta AI to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Spread misinformation or spam
• Attempt to hack or damage our systems
• Generate content that exploits or harms minors
• Impersonate others or create fake identities

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

• Free plan has usage limits as described in the app
• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as chosen
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay and Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. AI Generated Content

Datta AI generates responses using artificial intelligence. You understand that:

• AI responses may not always be accurate or complete
• You should verify important information independently
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI responses
• Generated content may be similar to content generated for other users

7. Intellectual Property

The Datta AI name, logo, and platform are owned by us. You retain ownership of content you create using the service. By using the service, you grant us a license to process your inputs to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Datta AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 3 months.

9. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time in Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
