What counts as a message?
Every time you send something to Datta — typed, spoken or a tapped option — that's one message. Limits reset every night at 12:00 AM (India time).
What are Swift, Core and Prime?
Datta's three models. Swift is the fastest, Core is the smart everyday model and great at code, and Prime is the most powerful — best for big projects and hard problems. Prime is included in Plus and Ultra.
What are uploads?
Each photo, camera picture or file (PDF, Word, code and so on) you attach counts as one upload.
Does my plan renew automatically?
No. You pay once for a month or a year, and the plan simply ends after that. You'll never be charged without choosing to pay again.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Buying the same plan again adds time to it. Buying a different plan switches you to it straight away, starting from today.
Can I get a refund?
If something went wrong with a payment, write to us from the email on your account with your payment ID and we'll sort it out.
